First you'll hear the sound of the 8 singing bowls struck on their upper outside edges with the included Professional gong mallet. Then you'll hear each singing bowls' rim tone produced by playing around their upper outside edges with the leather side of the included leather mallet. You'll then hear each singing bowls' rim tone sound produced by playing around their upper outside edges with the wood side of the included Tibetan-wool mallet. This is followed by each singing bowl played again by striking, this time a bit faster. And last, the large C3 singing bowl struck again.
