This is an authentic Antique Legendary-quality® 7-piece Tibetan Singing Bowl Set. The set includes one harmonically-balanced singing bowl each in 4th octave fundamental tones for the Root, Sacral, Solar Plexus, Heart, Throat, Third Eye and Crown chakras. Note that four of the fundamental tones are within 2 Hertz of Concert Pitch. Three of the singing bowls are circa 18th Century, two circa 17th and one circa 16th.
This set includes one each of the following antique hand-forged bell-metal bronze singing bowls:
* C4 259 Hz, (Concert Pitch -2 Hz) (Root), Thado 6 5/8" diameter, Circa 17th century
* D4 296 Hz, (Concert Pitch +2) (Sacral), Thado 6 7/8" diameter, Circa 16th century
* E4 332 Hz, (Concert Pitch +1.5 Hz) (Solar Plexus), CB 4 3/4" diameter, Circa 18th century
* F4 350Hz, (Concert Pitch +1) (Heart), CB 4 7/8" diameter, Circa 18th century
* G4 382Hz, (Throat), CB 4 3/4" diameter, Circa 18th century
* A4 431 Hz, (3rd Eye / Pineal), CB 4 1/2" diameter, Circa 17th century
* B4 501 Hz, (Crown), CB 4" diameter, Circa 18th century
The rim tones of the singing bowls are: F#5 723 Hz, G#5 845 Hz, A#5 929 Hz, B5 978 Hz (Crown), C#6 1082 Hz, D#6 1225 Hz and E6 1353 Hz (Solar Plexus).

First you'll hear the sound of the 7 singing bowls struck on their upper outside edges with the included Professional gong mallet. Then you'll hear them played around their upper outside edges with the included Leather mallet. And last you'll hear them played around their upper outside edges with the wood side of the included Tibetan-wool padded mallet.
